In the old estate in Liepkalnis, Vilnius, a century-old house was renovated between 2014 and 2018. The authenticity of the exterior volumes and details was preserved. The aged silvered finish was left to gracefully blend with the new white volumes (spa building and carport). The rhythm of the new volumes and facade structures maintains the same architectural melody as the old ones, complementing each other. Rather than creating contrast, the order of the past is acknowledged and extended in such a way that it allows for the exploration of the richness of time and creativity within the existing architecture and the space it creates. The house area is 152.7 m2, spa - 89.0 m2, carport - 57.7 m2, and the plot is 900 m2.
